• It is not intended for book sales but for exchanges, loans, and reading. Thanks to a dedicated website and app, all residents can use the library, located in the MODULAR URBAN HUB. Simply register on the app and you can access the social library for exchanges, loans, or free transfers of books; all completely free of charge.
• The URBAN HUB MODULARE social library aims to become a hub for local social inclusion, serving all citizens. A tool for literacy and educational stimulation, it offers both older and younger generations the opportunity to reconnect with paper reading, which is often replaced today by increasingly pervasive digital tools.

• The MODULAR URBAN HUB serves as an institutional support for the Municipal Administration. Thanks to an interactive digital screen available to the administration, the Urban Hub can interact directly with citizens on various topics.

  • Institutional messaging regarding changes to traffic flow.

  • Collect citizens' opinions on the provision of municipal public services based on a score of 1 to 10. This will provide data generated by the citizens themselves, which can be used to correct and improve the services provided.

• The MODULAR URBAN HUB is intended to support local tourism. An interactive digital touchscreen will be available to tourists visiting the Municipality and its historical, archaeological, and natural attractions. The system will interact directly with tourists, supported by artificial intelligence and based on a question-and-answer approach, on topics of greatest interest, such as:

• A general description of the main historical, archaeological, and naturalistic attractions that characterize the municipal area, downloadable thanks to QR codes generated by the system.

• A description of mobility solutions for reaching tourist sites of interest, including the option to purchase tickets and/or temporary passes online.

• The ability to check the availability of seats and entrances, necessary for participating in guided tours and events organized to visit certain sites.

• The MODULAR URBAN HUB is a station equipped with smart containers for street-level waste sorting, from the Metal Waste series. They are integrated into its structure, with a simple and efficient design that blends well with the urban context.
• The Metal Waste containers, integrated into the structure, can accommodate 120-litre wheeled bins and can be opened with NFC recognition.
• Given its vocation for separate waste collection on the street, the possibility of collecting only materials with the highest recycling rate such as plastic, glass and paper has been defined.
• To facilitate emptying, Metal Waste containers are equipped with a continuous, remote-controlled system to monitor their fill levels. The goal is to send two separate alerts to the company responsible for emptying them, the first at 70% and the second at 90%, allowing the company to organize emptying on demand.
